20th February 2004 Windsurfing: Bigbury Wind Direction: NE Wind Stength: F4-5 Surf / Sea State: 1-2ft surf Air Temperature: cold Sea Temperature: Weather: Max Speed: Distance Covered: Not a bad session,the wind was cross off with some little waves coming in,was some sufers up the top.there was 1 other guy on a 5.0 but i rigged loose 5.7 as wind was cross off & didnt want to be under powerded.after getting wet & cold on the 1st 2 gybes i made sure i didnt fall off again & was actuallly quite hot except for the hands which REALLY hurt when they thawed out. Had some nice little wave rides with the cross off wind,shame they weren't logoish high,was lucky enough to get a couple about chest high.all in all a good sesh.Snowed for most of the journey home? |
